CAL-FFL defending rights in Los Gatos
Posted on February 18, 2013
On February 11, 2013, CAL-FFL president Brandon Combs submitted a letter to the Town of Los Gatos in an effort to defend the rights of member FFL Templar Sports and those who would seek to open a firearms retail business in the future. After considering the matter, the Town Council appears to have backed off its attack on Templar Sports, though it may pursue some regulatory scheme at some time in the near future. CAL-FFL is working with Templar’s attorney, Don Kilmer of San Jose, to ensure that firearms retailers are well-represented to the Town.
