Madera, CA (May 22, 2012) – Cal-FFL has obtained the text of Senate Bill 249 (Yee), which seeks to add language to the California Penal Code relating to firearm “conversion kits,” and has begun the process of evaluating the proposed law for impact to gun owners, dealers, and manufacturers. Assisting Cal-FFL in its legal analysis is noted firearms attorney Jason Davis of the Rancho Santa Margarita law firm Davis and Associates.
